I'm Jen Ghastin. A high-school teacher and writer who is making a major career pivot: inwards. This summer I start my Yoga Teacher Training journey, and plan to chronicle my experiences and reflections on this website. My goals is to work with teens and teachers to cultivate peace and mindfulness. In the fall, I will be offering my teaching at North Salinas High School Wellness Center.
